I don’t understand the issue you mentioned with the cricket century arbs. I placed 4 so far, and each worked out. I used 888, 32 Red and Paddy Power.

Surely the bet is whether or not a century is scored during the game, betting either yes or no.

I just checked with the bookmaker
paddy power are giving odds 2.75 on 1st innings so its not an arb
    sorry for the trouble
we will correct it on our sure bets table

I placed 3 of the century arbs and they all won, but Paddy Power were settling the bets half way through the match, thats the only reason I realised it wasnt an arb. Still made a load of money though 🙂

I see what you mean. Being a one day match, there can only be one innings per team anyway. I think they put this for every one day match. I may contact them to clarify. It’s kind of unusual for a century in a one-day match, so fingers crossed 🙂

To clarify, I contacted Paddy Power, and they said, yes, it’s the first team to bat. I pointed out that an innings means 2 teams to bat, but they were ignorant to this.

Anyway, Mr Myarbets, I would suggest removing these cricket arbs. I was lucky previously, I guess, but now I need to work out how to trade out of these bets without losing too much.

I’ve asked 4 different live agents on PP and 3 said it was 1st team to bat and the other said it was the full match, its the wording that isnt clear enough.

I got an official email from higher up who confirmed the market is for the first team to bat and would be settled after the first team bats and before the second team bats every time.

Yep, you’re absolutely right. I told them that the wording they use is for a 2 innings match. In a one-day game, there’s only one innings, with one team batting first, and the other batting second, which comprises as innings.

I told ‘Emma’ (I’m sure she wasn’t a real Emma 🙂 ) this and she was really sarcastic and unhelpful. I’ve fired off a mail to them as a complaint. None of the other bookies offer this bet, simply offering for the whole match. It’s basically a punt with Paddy Power as we don’t even know who’ll bat first.

I traded out for a £34 loss, which is preferable to a £300 losing bet first thing in the morning…

Thanks for flagging that up, Dave!

Yes, due to new gambling laws in U.K… Pinnacle Sports didn’t find it any profitable to remain in U.K markets and therefore closed its all operation from U.K market …

Some U.K arbers bet on pinnacle sports on VPS and use other European country address (if any) at the time of registration
