If they still not process your withdrawal ..then file an SBR Bookmakers Complain

for me Bet Vernons are creating headache after sending all documents including a photo of me holding my ids .. I got the following response after 4 days

“Please note that the photo of yourself holding the ID you have provided was not clear enough and we could not accept it. Please re-send a copy of the document in a higher resolution, ensuring we can read all information on it.”

Might be the time to remove both the bookmakers from our sure bets table
